Every project is shaped by its own requirements. Our role is to define these requirements clearly, and curate everything around them, from strategy and ideas through to the final execution and consumer experience.

1. Research

After the Client Briefing we immerse ourselves into the brand’s world - its history, audience, competitive environment and current brand experiences across all touchpoints.

2. Strategy

We interrogate our findings to identify key insights and truths that connects the brand authentically to what its audience truly values.

3. Ideation

We explore diverse creative directions to reveal the concept (the Big Idea) that best expresses these truths, in a way that’s simple, unexpected and provocative.

4. Refinement

We create a look, a feel, and a narrative style that communicates the message distinctively and undeniably true to the brand and true to its unique consumer.

5. Visualisation

We translate the ‘Big Idea’ across all relevant touchpoints, including Digital Media Platforms and Websites, Television, Radio, OOH, Point of Sale and Activations.

6. Delivery

We present the Strategic Framework with examples of campaign elements that clearly illustrate the proposed brand direction moving forward.

7. Execution

On approval of all the above, we roll out the rest of the campaign and provide on-going creative direction as well as production supervision during the execution phase.
